SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

With standard shipping, we usually ship your order in 1-3 business days, but your item may be shipped about 5-8 business days after all your items are available to ship.

Some items may require time due to the nature of the products, weather and other unforeseen conditions.

Some delivery services may not ship to certain locations (like PO boxes), simply no PO boxes will work well and some locations may not accept certain deliveries (like prisons). Please be sure that your delivery location accepts deliveries by the type of delivery service that you chose as we are not responsible if deliveries are not accepted at, or deliverable to, your delivery point.

All KreamyNYC.com orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, FEDEX and UPS to provide affordable shipping options.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY 

Delivery is available in the 48 contiguous states only.
We do not offer shipping to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses at this time.
We offer standard shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

OUR SHIPPING RATES 

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package.  The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

 

DROP-SHIPPING

Some items on our site are shipped directly from the vendor. These items are labeled either drop ship or vendor's own brand name.

Order processing can take up to 10 business days. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available.

Since each brand ships from its own warehouse, your Drop Ship item(s) will arrive separately from the rest of your Kreamynyc order. If you order from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each brand.
